គោលការណ៍នេះពន្យល់ថា ចន្ទកាល៖ ប្រតិទិនខ្មែរ (គេហទំព័រ chanthkal.com និងកម្មវិធីទូរស័ព្ទ) ប្រើព័ត៌មានរបស់អ្នកយ៉ាងដូចម្តេច។

១. បច្ចុប្បន្ន ព័ត៌មានរបស់អ្នកនៅលើឧបករណ៍របស់អ្នក

អ្នកអាចប្រើប្រតិទិនបានដោយមិនចាំបាច់មានគណនី។ ការងារ ឈ្មោះ តួនាទី អង្គភាព ថ្ងៃខែឆ្នាំកំណើត លទ្ធផលតេស្ត និងការកំណត់ ត្រូវបានរក្សាទុកតែនៅក្នុងឧបករណ៍របស់អ្នកប៉ុណ្ណោះ។ យើងមិនទទួលបានព័ត៌មានទាំងនេះទេ។ រូបថតបាតដៃដែលអ្នកជ្រើសរើស មិនត្រូវបានផ្ញើចេញពីឧបករណ៍ទេ។

២. ពេលមានគណនី (នឹងមកដល់)

ប្រសិនបើអ្នកជ្រើសបង្កើតគណនីដើម្បីរក្សាទុកទិន្នន័យលើឧបករណ៍ច្រើន យើងនឹងរក្សាទុក៖ អ៊ីមែល ឬលេខសម្គាល់ Google/Apple ឈ្មោះ តួនាទី អង្គភាព ការងារ ការកំណត់របាយការណ៍ និងស្ថានភាពសមាជិកភាព។ ទិន្នន័យនេះរក្សាទុកនៅ Supabase (ម៉ាស៊ីនមេនៅសិង្ហបុរី)។ អ្នកដទៃមិនអាចមើលឃើញទិន្នន័យរបស់អ្នកទេ។

៣. ការបង់ប្រាក់ (នឹងមកដល់)

ការបង់ប្រាក់សម្រាប់គម្រោង Pro ឬ Super Max ធ្វើឡើងតាមរយៈ ABA, Apple ឬ Google។ យើងមិនឃើញលេខកាត ឬលេខសម្ងាត់ធនាគាររបស់អ្នកទេ។ យើងរក្សាទុកតែលេខបញ្ជាទិញ គម្រោង និងកាលបរិច្ឆេទផុតកំណត់។

៤. សេវាដែលយើងប្រើ

• Cloudflare — បង្ហោះគេហទំព័រ។ វាអាចកត់ត្រាព័ត៌មានបច្ចេកទេស ដូចជាអាសយដ្ឋាន IP ដើម្បីការពារសុវត្ថិភាព។
• Google Fonts — ពុម្ពអក្សរ។ កម្មវិធីរុករករបស់អ្នកទាញយកពុម្ពអក្សរពី Google។
• Supabase — គណនី និងការរក្សាទុកទិន្នន័យ (ពេលគណនីចាប់ផ្តើម)។

យើងមិនលក់ព័ត៌មានរបស់អ្នកទេ។ បច្ចុប្បន្នមិនមានការផ្សាយពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ឬការតាមដានទេ។ ប្រសិនបើយើងបន្ថែមការផ្សាយពាណិជ្ជកម្មនៅពេលក្រោយ យើងនឹងធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពទំព័រនេះ និងសុំការយល់ព្រមនៅកន្លែងដែលតម្រូវ។

៥. ការលុប

ទិន្នន័យលើឧបករណ៍៖ លុបការងារក្នុងកម្មវិធី ឬលុបទិន្នន័យគេហទំព័រក្នុងកម្មវិធីរុករក។ គណនី៖ សូមមើល លុបគណនី។ យើងលុបទិន្នន័យគណនីក្នុងរយៈពេល ៣០ ថ្ងៃ ហើយច្បាប់ចម្លងបម្រុងទុកនឹងផុតកំណត់ក្នុងរយៈពេល ៣០ ថ្ងៃបន្ទាប់។ កំណត់ត្រាបង់ប្រាក់អាចត្រូវរក្សាទុកតាមការតម្រូវរបស់ច្បាប់។

៦. កុមារ

សេវានេះមិនមែនសម្រាប់កុមារអាយុក្រោម ១៣ ឆ្នាំទេ។

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ChanthKal: Khmer Calendar (the website chanthkal.com and the phone apps) handles your information.

1. Today, your information stays on your device

You can use the calendar without an account. Your tasks, name, role, organisation, birth date, test results and settings are stored only on your device. We do not receive them. Palm photos you choose are not sent off your device.

2. When accounts arrive (coming)

If you choose to create an account to keep your data on several devices, we will store: your email or Google/Apple sign-in identifier, name, role, organisation, tasks, report settings and membership status. This data is kept with Supabase (servers in Singapore). Other people cannot see your data.

3. Payments (coming)

Payments for Pro or Super Max are made through ABA, Apple or Google. We never see your card number or bank password. We keep only the order number, plan and expiry date.

4. Services we use

• Cloudflare — hosts the website. It may log technical details such as your IP address for security.
• Google Fonts — typefaces. Your browser downloads font files from Google.
• Supabase — accounts and data storage (once accounts start).

We do not sell your information. There are currently no ads and no tracking. If we add ads later, we will update this page and ask for consent where required.

5. Deleting your data

Device data: delete tasks in the app, or clear this site's data in your browser. Account data: see Delete account. We delete account data within 30 days, and backup copies expire within a further 30 days. Payment records may be kept where the law requires.

This service is not intended for children under 13.
